This past week I got a new lens which meant a lot of playing around. I loved the Canon 50mm f1.8 lens so much, I got decided to upgrade to the Canon 50mm f1.4. I L-O-V-E it. I did all of Nick and Amy’s Engagements with it, and I can’t wait to go use it on Temple Square to take pictures of the lights. My weekly picture(s) was inspired by my husband. He was playing around with my lens and taking shots like my Week #48 picture, but his started looking different, so of course I had to play around and get the same look.
These three photos were experiments that I didn’t necessarily love, but they kind of gave me the idea of what I was doing so I could take the ones I did love.
These two are my favorites. I just like how blurry they look and how big the circles of light are! Enjoy my favorites. Which one is your favorite?
