Caramel Apples

I found another fantastic recipe on Pinterest that I had to try.  The original recipe can be found here.  It worked really well and is totally delicious.

The only things I did different:

1.  I did not add the cinnamon (although I bet it is delicious)

2.  I cooked it on my candy thermometer until 240 degrees not 235 degrees

They were delicious and the caramel is a favorite in my house now!
