iPod. iPhone. iPad. iSad.

The title of this blog post was also my friends Facebook status last night.  i am using small i’s today in memory of Steve.

He was an incredible innovator and a true example of what can happen when you have a dream, and you are willing to do whatever it takes to see that dream happen.  i have heard, “Steve knew what i needed before i did”; i totally agree.  His dreams turned into products that made my dreams easier to reach.  i don’t always agree with President Obama, but i do agree with his quote about Steve.  He said, “There may be no greater tribute to Steve’s success than the fact that much of the world learned of his passing on a device he invented.”   i learned of his passing on a device he invented.

So, to Steve i say “Thank you”.   Thanks for being an example that you don’t have to have a degree to be successful; hard work brings success.  Thanks for making awesome products that make being a photographer that much easier.  Thanks for giving my husband something to always look forward to and be excited about.  Thanks for dreaming big.
