My First Pinterest Experiment

I have a board on Pinterest called Food Deliciousness, and it is a place for me to pin recipes I find.

This is the first recipe that I have tried, and it was quite delicious.

I chose to do this recipe without to the bacon so that it was just vegetable stuffed.  It was really good and really filling.  I am not a huge fan of Zuchinni, but since we grew it in our garden my goal is to try different recipes and see if I can teach myself how to like it.  I ate almost two stuffed Zuchinni halves, so I will take that as a total success!

It was really easy to make, and the ingredients were all things I normally have around my house.

After I scooped, chopped, sautee’d, and refilled, I sprinkled the cheese and put it in the oven.  They looked so good, I was so excited!

Here is my finished product.  It isn’t as pretty as the picture on Pinterest because I am not a huge fan of broiling in the summer, but I will tell you they were delicious!  I recommend the recipe, give it a try!

Hillary - I so want to try that recipe. They look delicious, and I have a big fan of zucchini. We just had a great dinner last night with it and Logan actually will eat it (it's because it has sausage in it). Here is the link if you are interested. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/pasta-primavera-with-italian-turkey-sausage/detail.aspx
