Changes

I am so excited to announce that after a lot of thought, I have decided to focus my photography.  I am not a full time photographer, and because of that I choose to only take on a certain amount of photo shoots per year.  I want to make sure that as I am shooting I am doing what I love, so beginning immediately I will only be taking on Weddings and Individual Portrait sessions.  If you are looking for someone take any other type of photographs for you, and you would like some recommendations from me, please send me a message and I would be happy to get back to you.  If you are a photographer and would like me to see your work so that you could be part of who I possibly recommend, please let me know.  I would love to get to know other photographers and the work that they do.

I am excited for the ability this will give me to study these two types of photograph styles, and focus on what I love.  This change will give me the ability to really focus on the couples and people I have the opportunity to photograph.  This change will allow me to continue to be a photographer while still focusing on my family and life around me.  I am so excited that I get to start this change with my cousin and her fiance, and that you get to see my journey with their wedding over the next couple of months.

I really enjoy photographing the exciting moments in a persons life.  I chose Individual Portraits because it allows me to photograph people who are excited about the changes that come with school, graduation, or being pregnant.  I chose Weddings because I believe in love between a man and a woman, and I believe in the commitment that comes with marriage.  I chose Weddings because I fell in love with my own wedding photos, and I feel the memories and magic of my wedding day when I look at them.  I hope to give my clients the same great memories when they look at their photos.   I love the emotion that comes with being engaged and getting married.  I love each of the love stories I get to hear as I work with different couples.  I love LOVE!

I am excited to get started with this new found focus, and continue to watch my photography bloom.  I hope you enjoy this journey with me!
