This shoot was wonderful and I am excited to be working with these two on their wedding. I have to brag a bit because Alicia is my cousin, and I think she rocks. I was so thrilled (and honored) when she asked me to be the photographer. I am so excited for Cody to join our family. These two are in love, and I can’t help but feel the excitement of being twitterpated when I am around them. We spent hours laughing (and laughing) during this shoot. I love how unique it is, and how unique and personal to them the places we went were. I asked them about their love story, and I learned that (just like me and my husband) Alicia knew Cody in high school, but didn’t like him at all. After high school though, years passed, things changed, and they both ended up at the same place doing some swing dancing. Alicia saw Cody across the room, and things were definitely different than they were in high school. They danced three songs in a row, fell in love, and now they are getting ready to live happily ever after. Thanks for sharing your love with me and my camera.

Andrea Lee - so, funny story, i have been friends with Alicia for a very long time, and i don't think it will ever change, we are buds. but you said she didn't like Cody in high school, well neither did I but me and Alicia were two peas in a pod back then so we had a lot in common and we still do, but i am so happy she fell in love with cody, when Cody got back from his mission he had changed for the better and now he has snagged one of the most amazing girl. so I love that she is sharing it with everyone because she deserves her happily ever after, and i can't wait to share her day with her. Congrats to both Cody and Alicia, Love you both and your engagement pictures, and way excited for you.
