A Blossoming Business

This past weekend was an eye opening experience for me, and one that changed the way I look at my business.  I took the workshop I wrote about last week from Creative Live featuring Jasmine Star.  There will be a few posts about it, and changes that you will see coming.  I am really excited about those changes.  I feel like I am a work in progress, and I am thrilled about it.  I am part of a new and changing market of photography that involves networking with other photographers, sharing your talents, helping others learn, and truly feeling happy for the success of others.  I am excited for the connections I am making now, and for the connections I hope to make in the future.  Anyone who reads this blog knows I really look up to Jasmine Star, and I look up to her because she isn’t afraid to be real with you, she loves helping others succeed, and she truly believes in forgetting yourself and helping others.  She is the kind of person who makes you feel like a friend when you meet her.  I am so glad I got the chance to learn from her again this past weekend.  I purchased a copy of the workshop so I look forward to digging in, learning, growing, and changing even more. The title of this post probably tells you that I feel like my picture above.  Those are the first couple of blossoms on my cherry tree.  I feel like I am just at the beginning of something that is blossoming into something beautiful, and something I can share with others.  I want to help others and share my knowledge because I am passionate about photography.  Don’t be a stranger on Facebook, Twitter, or commenting on my blog, I would love to hear from you, and about the things you are learning or want to know!
